Join Our Team as an Order Management & Customer Support Assistant
We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable assistant to help us manage customer orders using Sniper CRM.
- As our Order Management & Customer Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Calling customers to confirm their orders and answer basic questions.
- Entering orders from WhatsApp into our CRM system (Sniper CRM).
- Scheduling deliveries and assigning orders to delivery agents.
- Following up with both customers and delivery agents to ensure successful deliveries.
- Updating order statuses in the CRM (Pending → Scheduled → Awaiting → Delivered/Returned).
- Recording delivery fees and keeping order records accurate.

Examples:
- 100 successful deliveries → ₦120,000 total (₦50,000 base + ₦50,000 commission + ₦10,000 allowance)
- 200 successful deliveries → ₦160,000 total
- 300 successful deliveries → ₦210,000 total
- Note: Sniper CRM is desktop-friendly; mobile works but is harder to navigate.
