Compensation (Simple & Transparent)
Editors earn ₦70,000 – ₦120,000+ monthly depending on output and quality. Higher quality increases your chances of performance bonuses and monthly winning-ad rewards.
Base & Output
- Base ₦60,000 — covers up to 10 approved batches (minimum expected output).
- Rejected batches (not usable) do not count toward monthly totals.

Bonuses apply to batches completed within deadlines and approved for quality.
Monthly Winning-Ad Bonus
₦5,000 – ₦30,000 (decided by your supervisor). This is a monthly performance reward when one or more creatives from that month achieve outstanding ad results (e.g., above-average CPL/CPP).
How It Works

Download your batch folder with scripts, VOs, footage, brand kit, and references.
2) Edit & Name
Follow the naming convention and structure. Keep cuts punchy; 9:16 and 1:1 where needed.
3) Upload
Submit to "Exports" Folder. Approved edits are counted toward your monthly total.

Understands hooks, pacing, social-first typography, and thumb-stopping openers.
Audio Polish
Clean VO, balanced music, and snappy SFX. Loudness around −14 LUFS.
Reliability
Meets deadlines, follows the workflow, and communicates blockers early.

Is this remote or on-site?
Primarily remote. Occasional on-site shoots or meetings may happen in Lagos when needed.
How long is one “batch”?
A typical batch is a set of short-form ads (multiple hooks/variations) for a single product brief.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, after your approved totals are confirmed. Performance and winning-ad bonuses are added then.
Do rejected edits count?
No. Rejected batches (not usable) do not count toward monthly totals.
