If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to participate in our Creative Audition Test Round — a short paid task to help us assess your editing quality, creativity, and speed.

🎥 About the Creative Audition

If selected, you’ll receive:

  • 🎙️ Five (5) full voice-over files – same body + CTA, but different hook variations.
  • 📁 A shared Library of product visuals and clips.

Your task will be to:

    • Create one main visual edit using the first voice-over.
    • Duplicate your timeline four times (total 5).
    • Replace each new voice-over and adjust the opening few seconds for smooth timing and flow.
    • Export all 5 videos as your Batch and submit the folder link.

This helps us evaluate your creativity, editing speed, and how well you follow the Batch System used in our daily workflow.

💰 Compensation for the Test

Each invited editor will receive a ₦5,000 token payment for completing the test round properly.

Top performers will be offered a monthly position with a pay range of ₦70,000 – ₦100,000+, depending on quality, consistency, output and reliability.

📆 What Happens Next

  • ✅ Applications are reviewed within 1 to 2  working days.
  • ✅ If you’re shortlisted, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message or email from our team with your audition materials.
  • ✅ Ensure your WhatsApp number and email are correct — that’s how we’ll reach you.
  • ✅ If you don’t hear back within 7 days, it means this round has been filled, but your details will stay on file for future openings.

  • Applications without a valid portfolio link are less likely to be shortlisted
